Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid concierge shipping label provided in your email and attach it clearly to the exterior of your return parcel.
Quality Inspection
Once received at our atelier, our specialists will inspect the garment's condition before approving your refund to the original payment method.
